A recent piece of art I completed has won a DeviantART daily deviation award. I’ve been on DeviantART since it first opened 14 years ago with my account being a little over 13 years old. A Daily Deviation award is given out on the site to showcase exceptional work found my moderators while browsing the submissions and my piece caught their eye.

Lady Bay Sun Passage

As outlined in this particular piece’s portfolio page this is a 4 month exposure of Lady Bay, a small cove south of Adelaide, South Australia. I quite enjoy taking these images as it requires a huge amount of patience to see what kind of image comes out at the other end, and often it produces some spectacular effects like this one.
